Liz and her husband, Larry live on the lower lake on the west end of the north shore in the home they built themselves in 2004. Liz has been a year-round resident since retiring six years ago. Larry introduced her to the lake in 1998 (at the Lake Paradox Club cabins where his family has spent summers since 1963) and ever since then has been in love with this special place. Liz and Larry have 3 children and 4 grandchildren (with another on the way), and a dog named Tiller.

She is a past president and board member of the Severance Beach Association. Liz enjoys skiing, sailing, paddle tennis, pickleball, gardening, reading and being out on the lake in her little canoe.

Liz is a Lower Lake Director and will become Chair of the Invasives Committee beginning 2026. She has headed up the lower lake’s invasives efforts ever since Eurasian Water Milfoil was discovered in the lake over 16 years ago. She also serves on the fundraising committee. Current term ends 2028.
